Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital downloads

All products in our digital products range are instant-download printable or fillable PDF and spreadsheet files. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads.

2. Faulty or incorrect files

If a file will not open, is corrupted, is missing pages, or is not what the listing described, email us at hello@softlynqtechnologies.com (include your Etsy order number) within 30 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a full refund.

3. How refunds are paid

Purchases are made through our Etsy shop, so any approved refund is issued through Etsy to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approval.

4. Shipping

There is no shipping: files are available to download instantly after checkout, at no delivery charge, in every country we sell to.
