About this printable

Ham radio log book printable: amateur radio QSO log, POTA and contest sheets, plus an ADIF-ready spreadsheet. Fillable PDF in Letter, A4 and A5. Instant download.

A clean, modern logbook for the shack and the field. Log contacts on paper or on screen, then move your typed log into a spreadsheet that speaks ADIF, the standard log exchange format used by most logging programs.

What's included

  • 3 PDF logbooks: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (210 x 297 mm) and A5 (148 x 210 mm, a compact field size)
  • 22 pages (Letter), 11 sections, 2,500+ fillable form fields
  • XLSX spreadsheet log with standard ADIF field names (works in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets via import)
  • CSV file with the same ADIF column headers
  • Clickable table of contents and bookmarks

The sections

  • Station Information: call sign, licence class and expiry, grid square, zones, equipment and antenna inventory
  • QSO Log: 4 pages, 25 contacts per page (date, UTC, call sign, frequency, mode, RST sent/received, power, name/QTH, grid, QSL)
  • Net Log: net control check-ins and traffic
  • Portable Activation Log: for park, summit or field operations, with a pack-up checklist and debrief
  • Contest Log: QSO sheet plus a band-by-band summary
  • US States Tracker: all 50 states with band, mode and confirmed tick box
  • DX and Countries Log, QSL Tracker, Maintenance and Repair Log
  • Operating Reference: ITU phonetic alphabet, RST scale, common Q-codes and a UTC offset helper
  • Notes

The spreadsheet

Type contacts into the QSO Log sheet and the ADIF_RECORD column builds an ADIF record for each row. Copy the ADIF Export sheet into a plain-text file saved as .adi to import into most logging software. A Summary sheet counts contacts by band and mode and shows which US states you have logged. Note: this is an Excel/XLSX file, not a Google Sheets link; you can upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.

Great for

New and experienced licensed operators, field day and club events, portable and park/summit activators, contesters, and as a gift for the radio operator in your life.
